At The White Dress Shop our clothing is priced lower than the regular brick and mortar boutique or large department stores. We are able to bring these amazing prices to you due to our lower overhead and we work very hard to provide the best prices for our customers. All our items are guaranteed 100% authentic and we have permission to represent the designers and brand names we carry on our website. PAYMENTS
The White Dress Shop gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or regular bank account payments via Paypal which is setup through our shopping bag.

SECURITY

The White Dress Shop uses PayPal to process our payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

COUPONS
Only one coupon code may be used per order. Offers cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, promotion or special incentive program and is not valid on pre-orders, gift cards, prior purchases or sale items. Orders cannot be revised once placed. Discount is applied proportionately to all items in transaction; any return of merchandise purchased with a discount will be refunded for the proportionate amount actually paid. No cash value. Offer valid during time specified or while supplies last.


SHIPPING
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We ship in the United States via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and internationally via USPS first class international.Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and are shipped Monday through Friday – Orders place on Fridays after 1pm will ship out the following Monday. You can expect your items to arrive approximately 5-10 business days (can be longer for international shipments) after you’ve received the shipment notification email.

  • International recipients are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees upon delivery.
  • Items can remain in international customs for several weeks.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items while in transit outside of the United States.


DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at orders@whitedressshop.com within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will replace a damaged item if available but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up the the manufacturers' discretion.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase, however if you are unsatisfied with it, you have 7 days after receiving your order to return an item for exchange, credit or refund minus shipping charges. Please email orders@WhiteDressShop.com beforehand for complete return instructions as well as a return order ID. Returns received without a return order ID will be shipped back and no refund will be issued. All returns must be send with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for missing return packages. We do not provide exchanges on sale items.

Unfortunately our international orders, select vintage, hairpieces, jewelry, sale items (including use of discount codes) and exchanges cannot be returned and are a FINAL SALE. Please pay careful attention to the descriptions and pictures of these items before ordering. All vintages items are carefully inspected and any flaws are included in the item description.
